The Role You will support fee earners and solicitors across a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity New build transactions Shared ownership matters Post-completion work and Land Registry applications You will play an integral role in ensuring transactions progress smoothly while delivering a high standard of client care throughout the process. About You To be considered, you will: Have a minimum of two years' experience within residential conveyancing. Possess excellent organisational and administrative skills. Have experience liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors. Be confident using case management systems and managing competing priorities.
