Description Treasury Manager role with a focus on cash management and liquidity, driving seamless funding and financial resilience to power the Group's strategic aims Inspire and support a dedicated team of two, leveraging experience or a passion for talent develop. Proactively monitor and optimise cashflow forecasting, investments, and loan interest payments to maintain strong liquidity and unlock growth opportunities Partner with the securitisation specialist to deliver appropriate funding for the group. Cultivate key lender relationships, ensuring covenant compliance and agile access to capital when needed Deliver clear, insightful treasury reporting to the Board and Executive, empowering confident, data-driven decision-making Drive innovation in treasury systems and controls, enhancing efficiency and accuracy across cash and asset management Profile Relevant qualifications in treasury or accounting Experience in cash management and liquidity management A keen desire to manage and lead a small team Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
