Confident communicator who can build relationships with stakeholders across the business. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using finance systems. Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and keep up to date with changes in audit and accounting legislation. Requirements Essential Skills and Qualifications: ACA or ACCA qualified, or AAT qualified with significant relevant experience. A minimum of four years' experience within an accountancy practice environment, including at least three years in audit. Strong technical knowledge of Companies Act requirements, FRC Ethical Standards, UK GAAP FRS102, LLP SORP, and UK audit standards. Experience managing audits and overseeing assignments from planning to completion. Awareness of current developments and changes within audit and accounting legislation. Experience using accountancy software including CCH, Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks. Strong leadership and team management skills, including reviewing work and supporting junior staff development.
