About You You'll have experience leading both procurement and supply chain within a manufacturing or engineering environment. You'll be equally comfortable developing strategic sourcing initiatives as you are working with production planning to ensure materials are available and operations run efficiently. You'll bring: Purchasing and Supply Chain Management experience. Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (SAP desirable). Experience of production planning, inventory management and S&OP. Proven success in supplier negotiations, cost reduction and process improvement. Leadership experience with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business.
