We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Department Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to a busy department. A key part of this role is attending meetings, producing accurate minutes, and ensuring actions and documentation are distributed promptly. This position would suit a candidate with proven minute-taking experience who is confident working in a fast-paced professional environment. Department Administrator Location: Liverpool City Centre Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm (35 hours per week) Pay: £16.50 per hour Start Date: ASAP Duration: 5 Months Main Responsibilities Attend departmental meetings and provide accurate, timely minute-taking, transcription, and distribution of meeting notes and supporting documentation.
