Coordinate uplift and returns for rejected fruit within tight timeframes to maximise salvage value, liaising with suppliers and hauliers. Maintain accurate data entry, reporting, and KPI analysis to support performance monitoring and continuous improvement. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Daily Operations & Administration Perform daily and weekly administration of key logistic processes. Accurately book transport and confirm collection times with growers, packhouses, and customers within required timeframes and deadlines. Arrange haulier collections and communicate ETAs to internal teams and customers. Organise customer and PR sample collections/transfers from grower sites and maintain associated sales order records. Transport, Claims & Returns Manage delivery discrepancies, POD retrieval, and claims processing within agreed timelines. Administer uplift and return's processes efficiently to minimise waste and financial loss. Support haulier invoice checking, query resolution, and recharge processes. Tracking, Reporting & Data Track vehicles (UK & European), ensuring data accuracy and timely communication of inbound load status. Maintain transport data quality across relevant systems for 100% accuracy and compliance. Produce KPI reports and provide analysis on volumes, costs, and service performance.
