This company are a national manufacturer with a close-knit friendly and inclusive work force. Due to expansion they have a new admin role available. In this role you will be working Monday - Friday out of their modern office in Ashford. You will perform a range of administrative and coordinating tasks supporting the exportation of goods, production planning and customer liaison. This role would suit an Administrator looking for an immediately available position and good working environment. The Role: Administrative, Coordinating tasks. Goods in, distribution, production planning, customer support. Office based role (37 hours contracted). The Person: Administrator / Coordinator. Manufacturing, Engineering or Distribution background. We are recruiting for a Sales Support Assistant on behalf of a thriving sustainable textiles business. The company has been operating for nearly 10 years and creates natural, sustainable textile collections for the interior design, furniture and hospitality industries. The textiles are produced with the finest quality that allow their clients to create sustainable interiors. The business has rapidly grown and they are now in need of an experienced Sales Coordinator to join the existing friendly and dynamic team. The candidate will preferably come from the interiors industry, ideally a fabric company although this is not essential. Alternatively this role could suit a recent graduate who possesses some experience in an office environment. This role requires someone who is highly organised and who is looking to play an integral and important part in assisting the business to grow. There is lots of potential for this role to expand into other areas of the business as they continue to develop and therefore the position suits someone with ambition. The duties will include: Building and maintaining relationships with clients to keep them informed of order progress and delivery Supporting the sales team with product queries, providing quotations, passing on leads and details of new client enquiries Liaise with the warehouse to monitor stock and conduct stock take Resolve after sales queries in a timely fashion and escalate if required Develop sales leads Support the sales team with marketing activity including trade fairs and social media outputs (attendance to trade fairs may often be required) Support the director with administrative tasks as required Candidates will need previous experience in a similar role, be IT literate and a confident user of Microsoft Office. Along with this is the requirement to be able to work under pressure with an excellent attention to detail. Full training is provided on an ongoing basis. The role is offered on a Monday to Friday basis. 9am - 5.30pm. Along with a basic salary of £30,000 is a company bonus based on overall company performance which adds approximately £2000+ on top.
