Personal Assistant (PA) / Secretariat Support Officer Location: Glenfield (Hybrid Working) Pay Rate: £14.83 per hour Contract: Temporary, 3 Months+ Hours: Full Time - 37 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday Our client is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant / Secretariat Support Officer to join their Business Support Services team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with previous PA, Secretariat and minute-taking experience to support senior leaders within a busy and professional environment. This hybrid role requires flexibility, with an expectation of working both from home and from the office, depending on business needs. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to Directors and Heads of Service. Manage complex diaries, arrange appointments and coordinate meetings.
