You will be happy to encompass various duties from the design to photoshoots/editing and work within a team environment. You will be required to have similar handwriting to M&S, and Next. The Environment: A small, busy, friendly team who work together on various projects, be it seasonal collections, MTO products for certain customers, or new projects. Our environment is very close and friendly, and we want people who like to feel at home when at work. Tasks including: Capacity to design, in a team, multi category Jersey womenswear ranges. Creation of seasonal ranges in line with brief and budget. We believe in evolution, not revolution. Balance large, strategically important negotiations with smaller and more tactical software requirements. Support broader procurement improvement and standardisation initiatives across the bank's international entities. Work effectively across countries and business areas with differing levels of procurement maturity and local capability. Required experience Significant experience in software procurement, technology sourcing or commercial supplier management. Proven experience running end-to-end software procurement processes independently. Strong experience negotiating with large enterprise software vendors such as Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Google or comparable providers. Experience working with smaller and more specialised software suppliers. Strong contract negotiation capability, including drafting, reviewing and redlining complex software agreements. A strong understanding of enterprise software licensing, subscriptions, support models and commercial structures. Experience operating within a regulated environment, ideally banking, financial services or another highly controlled organisation. The ability to navigate legal, risk, compliance, audit and information security processes without losing momentum. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to engage directly with CIOs, CTOs and senior technology leaders.
