Key responsibilities include: Inspecting damaged vehicles and preparing accurate repair estimates. Assessing repair methods in line with manufacturer and insurance standards. Liaising with customers, insurance companies and engineers throughout the repair process. Ordering and monitoring parts required for vehicle repairs. Working closely with the workshop team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently. Monitoring repair progress and updating customers where required. Ensuring all estimates and documentation are completed accurately and compliantly. Maintaining excellent levels of customer service throughout every stage of the repair. About You You'll be an organised and customer-focused Vehicle Damage Assessor with strong technical knowledge and previous experience within a Bodyshop environment. You will ideally have: Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Vehicle Estimator / Bodyshop Estimator. Hold an ATA / IMI accreditation in Vehicle Damage Assessment and proficiency in estimating systems such as Audatex / GT Global Experience working with insurance repair processes. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail. The ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment. A full UK driving licence.
