This role involves providing an excellent level of Customer Service meeting needs of homeowners after sales. This is an office based role with hours Monday to Thursday - 8:30 - 5 and 4:30 finish on Friday Duties Working closely with the Head of Customer Care, you will deliver an excellent level of customer care service meeting the needs of homeowner after the sale.
