The Role As a Graduate Design Consultant, you'll visit customers in their homes to discuss their kitchen renovation plans and recommend tailored solutions that meet their style, budget and lifestyle requirements. Every appointment is arranged in advance by the business, allowing you to focus entirely on building relationships, understanding customer needs and delivering an exceptional experience. There is no cold calling or door-to-door sales involved. You'll become a trusted advisor, helping homeowners transform one of the most important rooms in their home while building a rewarding career with excellent progression opportunities. Key Responsibilities Conducting pre-booked in-home design consultations with customers Understanding customers' renovation goals and recommending suitable kitchen improvement solutions Producing straightforward kitchen design proposals using training provided (previous CAD experience is not required) Presenting products, explaining pricing and demonstrating value with confidence and professionalism Managing your own sales pipeline and maintaining regular customer communication Achieving monthly sales objectives through a consultative and customer-focused approach Representing our client professionally at every stage of the customer journey Keeping customer records up to date using the company's CRM system. Building your personal profile through social media activity to support your territory Working alongside installation teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly from sale through to completion About You We're looking for graduates who are motivated, personable and eager to build a successful long-term career. You'll ideally have: A recent degree in any discipline, although design, business or management-related subjects would be advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confidence when meeting and engaging with customers Strong listening skills and the ability to build trust quickly, along with a proactive, ambitious attitude with a genuine desire to learn Resilience, positivity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (business mileage reimbursed), and a flexibility to travel within your designated territory Previous sales experience isn't necessary full training and ongoing support will be provided.
