The Role You will provide expert legal advice and representation across a broad range of family law matters, including: Public Law Children matters Care Proceedings Pre-Proceedings (PLO) Child Arrangements cases Adoption matters Private Family Law matters Legal Aid funded cases Court advocacy and attendance at hearings Liaising with clients, courts, counsel, experts, and external agencies The role will involve managing your own caseload from instruction through to conclusion while ensuring exceptional levels of client care and compliance. Key Responsibilities Conduct a full range of Public and Private Family Law matters. Manage complex Legal Aid and privately funded cases. Prepare legal documentation, including witness statements, court applications, and briefs to Counsel. Represent and advise clients throughout proceedings.
