Designs Layer 2 topology to avoid loops, tuning STP for large networks. Designs medium to large enterprise switching networks. Ability to handle numerous separate projects concurrently Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail. Able to implement BGP policies, communities, route maps. Enterprise LAN, WAN and Data Centre architectures Network migration and transformation projects Analyse, review and understand network topologies.
