Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organised, and reflects the Lexus brand. Schedule appointments and manage the diary for service bookings. Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining records. Collaborate with team members to provide seamless customer experiences. What We're Looking For: A friendly and approachable demeanour-your smile is your best asset! Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Experience in a customer-facing role (experience in the automotive industry is a plus!). A proactive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers.
