About You Essential Willing to be appointed as a Company Director and registered with Companies House. Demonstrable experience preparing tender submissions and leading successful contract mobilisation. Proven success in a senior operational leadership role within facilities management, HVAC, building services, engineering services or a similar technical environment. Experience managing multi-site operations, field-based teams and subcontractor networks. Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, operational KPIs, profitability and business performance. A track record of improving operational efficiency, service delivery and financial performance. Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of health, safety and regulatory compliance. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
