Parts Advisor (HGV / Automotive) 31,000 - 34,500 + Training + Progression + Company Bonus + 33 Days Holiday + Company Benefits Durham Are you a Parts Advisor or similar from an HGV or automotive background looking for an exciting opportunity within a thriving and rapidly growing company, who are known for looking after their staff, whilst providing direct progression opportunities to Assistant Branch Manager with ongoing training? This role will involve working within a tight-knit team, in a Branch of 7 people, where you will be handling incoming and outgoing parts telephone enquiries and sales with a range of blue chip and household name clients. Additionally, your role will involve serving customers on the trade counter and picking items in the warehouse for drivers. Come and join us as a Driver and Warehouse Assistant on a flexible hours basis to help us grow, deliver sales and exceed customer expectationsThe role: As a Driver and Warehouse Assistant, you'll be committed to delivering an outstanding level of service, and you'll be professional, driven and enthusiastic. The Driver and Warehouse Assistant role reports into the branch management team and will provide the highest level of service to internal and external customers, and will deliver products to our customers against some very tight deadlines. This role will also be to assist in the warehouse and may at times be customer facing within the branch, serving on the trade counter and dealing with customers over the telephone ensuring that we provide the best service and maximise sales at every opportunity.
