Role Responsibilities: Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance in properties. Prepare walls, ceilings, and other surfaces prior to plastering, including removing damaged materials and making good defects. Apply a range of plastering finishes to achieve a high-quality standard. Undertake patch repairs following plumbing, electrical, and general building works. Repair and renew ceilings, walls, render, and dry-lining systems as required. Ensure all work is completed within agreed timescales and to company quality standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy working environment at all times. Communicate professionally and courteously with tenants, residents, and colleagues. Accurately record completed works and report any additional repairs identified. Adhere to all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and relevant legislation. Use materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
