This is an ongoing temporary role offering regular work with the opportunity to join a busy team delivering high-quality void property maintenance and refurbishment projects. The role involves working on void social housing properties across Daventry, carrying out a range of multi-trade repairs to prepare homes to a lettable standard. We welcome applications from Multi Skilled Operatives, Multi Traders, Property Maintenance Operatives, Void Operatives, Maintenance Technicians, Carpenter Multi Traders, Plumber Multi Traders, and Repairs Operatives with experience working within social housing or domestic property maintenance. You will be a part of security team where you will escort and oversee contractors such as carpenters, plumbers and electricians, whilst they complete their maintenance work.
