Strong knowledge of systems such as Liquidlogic and/or Mosaic . Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business readiness activities. Proven experience of business process analysis and process redesign. Ability to gather, document and validate business and functional requirements. Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. Able to work autonomously, make decisions and quickly become productive within an established programme. Experience working across Adult Social Care is preferred, although candidates with Children's Social Care systems experience will also be considered.
