Your roles and responsibilities may also include being a banksman, directing the manoeuvre of vehicles or "spotting" ensuring all routes are clear of obstruction and people. Person Profile Due to the safety critical nature of this role, candidates must come from a background where they have had exposure to dealing with large vehicles/machinery. Ideal candidates would come from a Rolling Stock background. However, experience with tracked vehicles or an HGV/FLT/PSV driving background may be considered.
