Lead the delivery of technical changes across the HR systems roadmap, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions. Manage Workday releases, development cycles, and service transitions into BAU support. Oversee 2nd/3rd line support, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed SLAs. Drive system performance, security, governance, and adherence to ITIL, change management, and architectural standards. Build capability within the HR Solutions team through coaching and knowledge sharing. Manage third-party suppliers to ensure successful project delivery and technical expertise. Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and business-focused People Systems solutions.

This is a senior position combining hands-on configuration expertise with technical leadership, stakeholder engagement and team mentoring. Key Responsibilities Provide SME expertise across Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Organisations, Staffing Models, Compensation, Absence, Talent and Performance.
