You will be responsible for delivering PPM and reactive maintenance across a high-profile portfolio of commercial contracts. Assist with minor building fabric and mechanical repairs (e.g., HVAC checks, basic plumbing) as part of a first-fix approach. Use a handheld PDA system to manage work orders, log asset history, and provide accurate reports to the Helpdesk. Escort and supervise specialist sub-contractors on-site when required. Requirements: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation/Maintenance (or equivalent City & Guilds 2360 Pt 1 & 2 / 2330). 18th Edition (BS 7671:2018) is essential. AM2. City & Guilds 2391 (Initial & Periodic Inspection and Testing) is highly desirable. Proven track record in a commercial maintenance or FM environment. Full UK Driving License (maximum 6 points).
