Significant corporate tax experience gained within an accountancy practice. Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation. Proven experience managing complex advisory projects. Experience leading and developing teams. Strong commercial awareness and client management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience advising mid-market and owner-managed businesses. Exposure to international tax, transfer pricing or M&A transactions. Provide technical guidance and training across the wider tax team. Lead, mentor and develop Tax Managers, Assistant Managers and Tax Seniors. Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client relationships. Build relationships with prospective clients and professional introducers. Manage client profitability, WIP, billing and recoverability targets.
