Support and prepare for internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance reviews. Oversee planned preventative maintenance, statutory inspections, and repair programmes. Manage site security, including key holder responsibilities and emergency procedures. Coordinate fire evacuation drills and lockdown procedures across the school. Conduct regular site inspections and implement improvements to maintain high standards. Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring repairs, maintenance, and projects are delivered effectively. Lead and support site and medical room teams, providing guidance, performance management, and rota oversight. Oversee minor refurbishment, facilities improvement, and capital development projects. Support school events, lettings, and community use of facilities while identifying opportunities to maximise site utilisation. o What you'll bring Qualifications, Skills and Experience Essential A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, as the postholder will be required to travel between sites.
