The Opportunity This role sits between models and users, owning the systems that power AI behaviour in production. You'll be responsible for building and operating the infrastructure and workflows that allow AI features to execute end-to-end, with a strong focus on reliability, observability, latency, and user experience. The business operates in a complex, high-value sector and is using technology, data, and strong product thinking to modernise an industry that has historically been underserved by great software. We have already recruited 4 people into the business, and all 4 are still there. We know the company and team well and are pleased to be supporting them again on this important hire.
