To ensure all correct coding and repair times claimed are correct and raise any discrepancies with the Service Manager. To liaise with the Workshop Manager over any discrepancies with technicians' write-ups, parts omitted or claim details missing. To submit all claims through the Haddenham system in a timely manner to achieve submission times in line with current DAF requirements.
