Key responsibilities will include: Delivering tailored housing-related support to help residents sustain their tenancies Developing and reviewing assessments, risk management plans and recovery support plans Building warm, professional relationships with residents Identifying and responding appropriately to safeguarding concerns Working in partnership with statutory, voluntary and community organisations Delivering recovery-focused activities, wellbeing groups and opportunities to develop essential life skills Completing and recording health and safety checks within supported accommodation Creating a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for residents The role will involve some evenings, weekends and bank holidays. About you You will have experience or knowledge of supporting people affected by homelessness and understand the principles of a recovery-focused approach. You will be able to work with individuals in a calm, sensitive and client-led way, building trust while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries. You will also be resilient, patient and confident when responding to challenging situations. You will be comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team. An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care, Housing, Information, Advice and Guidance or a related subject would be beneficial but is not essential.
