Tower Hamlets Supported Living Services are intended for service users with a mental health need some of whom have multiple and/ or enduring needs such as dual diagnosis. With an emphasis on supporting the transition for service users who may have had a significant admission to institutional care, the service has a strong focus on supporting service users with their journey towards recovery and independence. Service users presently residing in Tower Hamlets Supported Living Services are provided with intensive support for their complex needs. Service users presently residing in Tower Hamlets Supported Living Services are provided with intensive support for their complex needs.
