Identify opportunities to improve production flow, planning accuracy and operational efficiency. Produce planning reports, schedule updates and performance information for management. Ensure planning activities support quality, health & safety, customer service and cost objectives. About You You'll have previous experience in a production planning, manufacturing coordination or supply chain role and be comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment. You will also have: Experience using ERP, MRP or production planning systems. A good understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, lead times and material requirements. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage changing priorities. Strong communication skills and the confidence to work across multiple departments. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills. A proactive, flexible and cooperative approach. Desirable Qualification in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline. Experience within a busy manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement or Inventory Control principles. Experience producing KPIs, production reports or capacity plans.
