Review, understand and draft LMA-standard trade documentation, including, Trade Confirmations, Transfer Certificates and Assignment Agreements Work closely with Legal teams where needed to support documentation processes. Support the closing and settlement of primary and secondary market transactions. Liaise daily with Treasury, Accounting and Risk Management teams to process transactions and resolve operational queries. Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across an international banking environment. Contribute to automation, digitalisation and process improvement initiatives. Support team development by sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues on more complex operational topics.
