The Role: Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and our internal database. Conducting candidate screening calls and interviews. Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Writing and posting engaging job advertisements. Matching suitable candidates to live vacancies. Managing candidate records and ensuring CRM systems remain up to date. Coordinating interviews and obtaining feedback from candidates. Supporting Recruitment Consultants with candidate generation and vacancy fulfilment. Proactively networking with military personnel, veterans, and civilian candidates. Developing a strong understanding of client requirements and industry sectors. Working towards individual and team performance targets. Candidate Requirements: We are keen to hear from candidates who possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong telephone manner and confidence speaking with people at all levels. Good organisational and administrative abilities. A proactive and positive attitude. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
