IT Support Operative (Level 1) Daventry strictly office based £27K-£30K, depending on experience Full time, temp to perm PLEASE READ THE JOB ADVERT FULLY BEFORE APPYING We need a new IT Support Operative for a call centre in Daventry. You'll be office based, taking inbound calls and either sorting the issue on the spot or raising a ticket to escalate to level 2/3. Typical calls: password resets, account resets, printer issues, signature changes, device enrolment. You'll be working a CRM, a ticketing system and some basic remote desktop tools. Monday-Friday, day shift, but there's a rota so you'll need to flex your start/finish times sometimes.
