What We're Looking For You'll already have solid experience managing paid media campaigns and be comfortable taking ownership of both performance and client relationships . Ideally, you'll bring: Strong hands-on Google Ads experience. Good working knowledge of Meta Ads . Experience managing multiple accounts or campaigns simultaneously. Confidence working directly with clients or senior stakeholders. Experience with Google Shopping and Performance Max . An understanding of retail/e-commerce performance marketing . Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness. Excellent attention to detail. Confidence using platforms such as GA4 and Looker Studio .
