Do you prefer a consistent 4-on, 4-off schedule that offers a true work-life balance? We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Technical Administrator to join our Product Safety team in Witney. This is a technical administrative role focused on the quality control of returned medical technology. You will be responsible for receiving returned devices, performing initial physical assessments, and accurately logging data into our quality management systems. This isn't just data entry; it's about ensuring that every device is documented correctly so our engineering teams can maintain the highest safety standards. Key Responsibilities Device Assessment: Conduct thorough physical checks on returned equipment. Accurate Documentation: Log all findings into internal databases with high attention to detail. Workflow Management: Ensure items move through the return process efficiently to meet departmental deadlines. Compliance: Follow strict SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to meet medical industry regulations. The Shift & Pay Pay: £17.19 per hour. Shift Pattern: 4-on, 4-off (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). Location: Witney (OX29 0YL moving to OX29 5UX next year) Consistency: This pattern allows you to plan your personal life and commitments months in advance. What We Are Looking For Methodical Approach: You enjoy following a process and getting the details right the first time. Computer Literacy: You are comfortable using spreadsheets and bespoke internal software. Communication: Clear written English is essential for reporting and documentation. Background: No specific medical experience is required. We provide full training for candidates who have a strong work ethic and a background in administration, retail, or warehouse data-entry.
