Lead Officer Housing ICT (Cx Housing) Remote Part-Time (3 Days per Week) 4-Month Contract Inside IR35 Are you an experienced Housing ICT professional with strong knowledge of Cx Housing ? We're recruiting for a Lead Officer Housing ICT to support a key housing systems project on an initial 4-month contract. This is a predominantly remote opportunity, with occasional on-site attendance required depending on business needs. You'll play a leading role in supporting, maintaining and enhancing a Housing Management System, ensuring it continues to meet operational and business requirements. The Role Working closely with stakeholders, you'll provide expert technical and functional support across the Cx Housing platform, helping to optimise system performance, deliver improvements and support users. Key responsibilities include: Supporting and maintaining the Cx Housing system. Managing system upgrades and enhancements, including Customer Portal functionality. Providing expertise in Rent Accounting, CRM, case management, workflows and forms. Producing reports using SSRS and SQL, with Power BI experience being advantageous. Supporting integrations and interfaces, including APIs, Azure Storage Explorer and SharePoint EDM. Delivering user training and providing ongoing system support. Working with stakeholders to improve system functionality and business processes. About You To be successful, you'll have: Proven experience working with Cx Housing . Strong knowledge of Rent Accounting, CRM and case management. Advanced SQL skills and experience with SSRS reporting. Experience managing system upgrades and supporting Customer Portals. Knowledge of integrations, APIs, Azure Storage Explorer and SharePoint EDM. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support users. Knowledge of Assets, Functional Units, Users & Roles, Contact Groups, System Schedules, Arrears Policies and Housing Allocations would be beneficial. Why Apply? About the Role We are recruiting an experienced Lead Officer Housing ICT to provide specialist support across CX Asset Management on a 4-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a housing systems professional with strong knowledge of CX Asset Management, advanced reporting capabilities, and experience supporting integrations and interfaces within a local authority or housing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead on CX Asset Management activity, including datasheets, SAVA energy performance certificates, stock condition data and mobile asset management functionality. Support the management of planned and completed works, planned maintenance and equipment records. Provide system expertise to support asset management processes, housing data quality and service improvement. Develop and maintain reporting outputs using SSRS, SQL and Power BI. Support integrations and interfaces involving Total Mobile Cloud Dialogues API, Azure Storage Explorer and SharePoint EDM. Contribute knowledge of contracts, contractors, forecasting and compliance where required. About You We are looking for a confident and knowledgeable housing ICT specialist who can quickly add value in a fast-paced environment. You will bring strong technical Understanding, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with both ICT and housing service stakeholders. Essential Experience Strong working knowledge of CX Asset Management within a housing or local authority setting. Understanding of Decent Homes requirements. Experience with stock condition data, asset records, planned works and planned maintenance processes. Intermediate to advanced SQL skills, with experience using SSRS for reporting. Power BI experience or a strong Understanding of business intelligence reporting. Knowledge of integrations and interfaces, including Total Mobile Cloud Dialogues API, Azure Storage Explorer and SharePoint EDM. Awareness of contracts and contractor management within housing services. Required Qualifications Relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience in housing systems, ICT, asset management, data management or a related discipline. Evidence of continued professional development in housing technology, reporting, business intelligence or systems administration. Technical training or demonstrable competence in SQL, SSRS, Power BI or comparable reporting tools would be advantageous. Knowledge of local authority housing, asset management standards and Decent Homes requirements is desirable.
