Start Date: 7th of September You will receive full training for this remote working role and all equipment required - you just need wifi and a quiet space to work. (a chair and desk set up) Working 37-40hrs per week Monday - Sunday (off 2 weekends a month), shifts fall within the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday - Fridays (8hr shifts) and Saturday - Sunday the shifts will fall between the hours of 8am - 6pm. You must be fully flexible to be considered for the role. Standard hours: 13.49 per hour, overtime: 20.23 per hour. Key responsibilities will include : Handling inbound calls from customers in a professional manner Explore customer needs and offer a suitable products or services Build rapport with customers and provide accurate product information Convert enquiries into sales while meeting individual and team sales targets Process orders, payments and account updates accordingly Effectively proposing the benefits of products or services Effectively questioning customers to highlight upselling opportunities Having up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of current promotions available Achieving and exceeding the range of sales KPI's set, such as sales volume, call conversion, additional products Maintain detailed and accurate customer record in the system(s) Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Required Skills & Experience : Desirable to have previous sales experience working within a target driven environment, or a contact centre environment is preferred Excellent communication and people skills Strong listening and problem-solving skills Ability to build relationships and influence purchasing decisions Resilient and tenacious Attention to detail Able to learn new skills Desire to exceed KPI's and Targets Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple enquiries Desirable Qualifications : Experience in inbound sales or telesales Experience working towards sales or performance targets Please submit your CV, send to (url removed) or call (phone number removed), ask for Michelle
