Carry out property inspections and monitor the quality of completed works. Work closely with planning and customer service teams to ensure an excellent resident experience. Promote health and safety, manage performance and support the development of your team. About You Previous experience supervising repairs or maintenance teams within social housing. Strong knowledge of responsive repairs and building maintenance. Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. Confident using IT systems to manage workloads and performance.
