JOB TITLE: Residential Property Lawyer PQE: 2+ years LOCATION: Essex SALARY: Up to circa £50k DOE THE ROLE: The successful Residential Property Lawyer will manage a full and varied caseload of conveyancing matters, from instruction through to completion. The caseload will cover matters such as, freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, and new build transactions as well as help to buy matters. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors, all while upholding a high standard of service to both long-standing clients and new ones. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Legal Executives with at least 2+ years of experience handling a full caseload of conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to completion. Great client management skills are a must, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both clients and colleagues.
