The Role As Business Development Manager , you'll be responsible for promoting Solar PV systems and renewable energy solutions to a broad range of customers throughout the Midlands. Your responsibilities will include: Developing new business opportunities across your territory. Growing sales within existing customer accounts. Building relationships with solar installers, roofing contractors, electrical contractors, builders' merchants, developers and housebuilders. Engaging with Local Authorities, Housing Associations and main contractors on renewable energy projects. Identifying specification opportunities and supporting projects from enquiry through to completion. Preparing commercial proposals and delivering product presentations. Working closely with branch teams, technical specialists and product managers to maximise opportunities. Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and changes within the renewable energy sector. Delivering sales growth in line with agreed objectives and business targets.
