Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team through coaching, supervision, and performance management. Build strong relationships with local authorities, social workers, families, and external professionals. Monitor budgets, occupancy, and service performance while driving continuous improvement. Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections. About You You will be an experienced leader who is passionate about improving the lives of children and young people. Essential Requirements: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Previous experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step into a Registered Manager role. Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, and Ofsted frameworks. Experience supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Excellent understanding of safeguarding, Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE), Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE), trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and P.A.C.E.
