Accounts Assistant Oldham Up to £35,000 per annum Office-based | 5 Days Per Week Permanent We're working with a growing business in Oldham that is looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Assistant to support its busy finance function. This is a hands-on role that would suit someone with strong Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger experience who enjoys working as part of a collaborative finance team. Key Responsibilities Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently Matching, coding and posting invoices Managing supplier queries and resolving discrepancies Preparing and processing payment runs Completing supplier statement reconciliations Performing bank reconciliations Supporting month-end activities Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers About You Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant, Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger role Strong invoice processing and reconciliation experience Experience with payment runs and supplier management Good Excel and finance systems knowledge Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach What's on Offer?
