Field Network Engineer SD-WAN Migration We are seeking an experienced Field Network Engineer to support a nationwide SD-WAN migration project across pharmacy locations in the Plymuoth to Yeovil . The successful candidate will be responsible for replacing legacy Cisco networking equipment with new SD-WAN infrastructure, installing Fortinet networking hardware, completing site surveys, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. This is a customer-facing role requiring excellent technical skills, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while liaising with remote technical teams throughout each installation. Key Responsibilities Attend customer sites to complete SD-WAN migration activities. Liaise with the Pharmacy Manager on arrival and advise them of the planned installation and expected network downtime. Carry out pre-installation site surveys. Photograph the existing wireless access point (AP) and surrounding area. Record the mounting location of existing wireless access points. Measure and record ceiling heights where new access points are to be installed. Photograph existing communications cabinets and document all installed equipment.
