Procurement Admin
Location: Birmingham, B7
Type: Permanent
Salary:£28,000 PA
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 0900 AM to 1700 PM ,3 days office two at home, Will need to be in the office more to learn the business to start with

We are recruiting for an Procurement Admin for genuine family-friendly business that is one of the UK's leading drinks manufacturers based in Birmingham, producing products for major UK retailers, pubs, restaurants, and export markets including Dubai and other international destinations.

Following its recent acquisition the company has benefited from significant investment in facilities, people, and product innovation. Recent developments include cocktails in cans, fruit juices, sports drinks, and co-packing partnerships for other manufacturers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and organisational skills who is looking to build a career in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain within a modern and well-invested business.

You will support the management of approximately 120 SKUs and work with systems including SAP and Excel.

Responsibilities
  • Raise, send, and track purchase orders for raw ingredients, packaging, and factory supplies.
  • Update supplier pricing, lead times, and contact details in company systems.
  • Check delivery notes against supplier invoices and resolve quantity or pricing discrepancies before payment.
  • Respond to basic supplier queries and request order updates and delivery documentation.
  • Liaise with factory planning, quality, and finance teams to resolve delivery issues.
  • Gather data and produce information to support supplier performance and cost reviews.
We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in administration, purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or a manufacturing environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel; experience with SAP would be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident communication skills with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • A positive, team-oriented approach.
