As Scheduling Administrator, you will be responsible for: Planning and coordinating daily deliveries and driver routes Monitoring consignments from collection through to delivery Liaising with Customer Services and providing regular ETA updates Managing delivery discrepancies, failed deliveries and held consignments Preparing information and data for daily operational meetings Uploading paperwork, labels, manifests and relevant consignment information Managing changes to collection dates, pallet types and charges Keeping the Transport Management System and depot network information up to date Monitoring scanning performance and operational KPIs Managing driver communications and second-run schedules Dealing with internal and external queries and customer complaints Arranging couriers when required and tracking associated costs Supporting weekly invoicing, self-bill amendments and credit queries Ensuring all consignments are correctly uploaded and transferred as required Helping to train colleagues on the process Ensuring processes comply with relevant safety and operational requirements As Scheduling Administrator, you must be/have: Experience of logistics planning or coordination Experience using a Transport Management System (TMS) Excellent organisation and attention to detail The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment A proactive approach and the confidence to react quickly when plans change Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to work independently and take ownership of your workload A practical, problem-solving approach This is a great opportunity to join an established and busy logistics operation where you'll play a key role in keeping the day-to-day transport function running smoothly.
