The Role You'll take ownership of the full kitchen design and estimation process for a key housing association account. This will involve visiting tenants' homes to measure spaces and advise on layout options, producing detailed designs, and ensuring all costings and orders are accurate and on schedule. This is a varied, hands-on role with around three days a week spent on-site and the rest in the office or working on design and order management tasks. Key Responsibilities Visit tenant homes to take measurements, assess site conditions, and discuss layout options. Produce functional, compliant, and attractive kitchen designs using Winner CAD software . Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, and installation. Manage orders from approval through to delivery, ensuring specifications and deadlines are met. Liaise closely with housing association representatives, suppliers, and project managers. Ensure all designs meet housing association standards and building regulations.
