We're looking for a commercially minded Data Business Analyst to join the IT Transformation team and play a key role in improving the way our client uses data, systems, and processes. This is a varied role that combines business analysis, process improvement, data analysis, and reporting. Produce regular management information (MI), KPI reporting and ad hoc analysis for senior leadership teams. Translate business requirements into practical reporting and process solutions. Support the ongoing adoption and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Microsoft 365 and associated business applications. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple departments, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Gain an understanding of manufacturing operations, including production, planning, supply chain and commercial activities, to deliver practical business improvements. Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting, automation, business processes and data quality.
