As Delivery Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery, optimisation, and continuous improvement of managed recruitment services across The Supply Register's Multi-Academy Trust and College partnerships. Acting as a key strategic relationship manager for both clients and supply chain, this role is accountable for maintaining exceptional service, maximising revenue opportunities and supporting long-term client retenion & growth. Relationship Management Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management: Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders at Multi-Academy Trusts across all regions. Develop and enhance partnerships with clients by building relationships with multiple key contacts at each Trust. Service delivery: Attend regular service reviews with all clients ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPI s) are met and make the necessary actions to navigate any challenges. Job Objective: A home and field-based role, delivering agreed sales revenue targets and meeting attendance levels of appointments within the assigned sales region.
