About you We re looking for someone who can confidently influence and support at all levels. You ll bring: Proven experience coaching managers, supporting the leadership team and leading complex casework Strong knowledge of employment law Experience in large, multi-site organisations Ideally, exposure to regulated environments (e.g. CQC, Ofsted) CIPD qualification and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach Flexibility to travel across the UK as needed You re collaborative, decisive, and calm under pressure someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
