You will be leading a small team of Architectural Assistants/Technicians through most RIBA stages, whilst being the face of the company whilst liaising with clients & 3rd parties. AutoCAD and Revit are the main software packages used throughout the office, so previous experience and high proficiency in using these would be desirable. The practice have successfully integrated BIM systems throughout the office, and all staff members are able to utilise Revit software. Due to the nature and size of the projects you will be working on, Revit knowledge is essential for this position. Skills and characteristics required for this role include the following:- UK recognised qualifications at Part 1/2/3 level ARB registration 5-10+ years of post qualification experience in either a private practice or multi-disciplinary environment Data Centre, Industrial, Logistics and Distribution/Manufacturing experience Thorough attention to detail.
